The runner is waterproof, paint proof, and features an anti-slip, pull-resistant bottom with soft cotton-like material that prevents scratches. It is tear-proof, impact-resistant, and easy to apply, remove, and clean, leaving no residue behind. Its unique adhesive technology eliminates the need for tape, and it’s safe for all non-porous surfaces like wood, stone, and polished concrete. With its affordability and durability, it’s an ideal solution for protecting surfaces during construction, moving, and other projects.

Q: What is Pad 'N Protect made of?

A: The Pad 'N Protect Runner is constructed with two key materials: a film sheet and a non-woven fabric bonded with a safe release adhesive. Unlike construction paper, the top layer is waterproof, and the bottom features a cotton-like texture that ensures better grip on surfaces. This unique design, combined with our special anti-slip technique, helps the runner stay in place, offering superior protection compared to traditional construction paper or boards.

A: The lead time is typically 1-2 days after an order is placed. Orders made before 2:00 PM on weekdays are usually packaged and ready for shipment the same day. A: Yes, Pad 'N Protect offers custom logo printing on the Pad 'N Protect Runner. The lead time for custom orders is typically 1-3 months. Q: What are the other best-selling products?

A: Our best-selling products include fire-rated plastic sheeting, carpet film applicators, sticky mat bases, corner guards, and glass film protection. See all our products here

Q: What makes the sticky mat base plate unique?

A: Many sticky mats shift when they become thin, but using our base plate keeps the mat securely in place. If a base is too thick, it can block door movement, and if it’s too thin, it may stick to shoes and move around. Our sticky mat base plate is perfectly weighted and thin enough to fit under doors while remaining stable on the ground.

Q: What makes the carpet film applicator unique?

A: Our carpet film applicator features a male and female screw lock on the handle, allowing for stronger pressure and grip compared to the pin lock type. It’s compatible with 24”, 30”, and 36” carpet protection films and offers interchangeable cores of 1.5” and 3”. Assembly is easy with the provided manual.

Q: What makes the flame retardant plastic sheeting unique?

A: Our flame retardant plastic sheeting is both anti-static and fire-resistant, meeting NFPA 701-19 Tests 1 and 2 and ASTM E854 Standard Method. We prioritize safety, ensuring reliable protection in rigorous environments.

Q: What is the NFPA 701 Test Methods 1 and 2?

A: NFPA 701 Test Method 1 is a small-scale test for materials with an areal density of 21 oz/yd² or less, such as single-layer fabrics, curtains, table linens, and textile wall hangings. It assesses the fire resistance of 10 fabric samples. Test Method 2, on the other hand, is a large-scale test for fabrics over 21 oz/yd², like blackout linings, awnings, and architectural banners. This test uses larger samples to better evaluate how heavier fabrics react to fire.

Q: Why is clear glass film protection better than other colors?

A: Clear glass film protection is ideal because it doesn’t alter the room's natural lighting or color, allowing you to maintain a consistent look while still protecting the glass. Colored films can affect the room’s ambiance by changing the way natural light interacts with the space.
